DESIGN FOR RELIABILITY

To realize highly reliable products, the keyword is designed, and for this reason, we at Anteo adopt the following basic rules:

  • We carry out 3D finite element structural analysis of products and components
    We test every prototype tail-lift with 50,000 fatigue cycles before commencing large-scale production
  • We elaborate simple but functional designs
  • We curate every detail of every component
  • We use electrical parts without electronic components that are less susceptible to malfunctioning and are easy to maintain
  • We meticulously quality control the entire production process: all steps are monitored and tracked from the selection of incoming raw materials to the production line, final functional testing of the tail-lifts, packing and shipping to customers.

HIGH-QUALITY STANDARDIZED COMPONENTS

This is what distinguishes an Anteo tail-lift:

  • All pins are made of chrome steel or treated with electrocataphoresis
  • All bushings boast a treatment that does not require lubrication
  • The chrome rods have a high resistance to corrosion
  • All hydraulic steel parts are treated with KTL hexacrylic electro-cataphoresis.
  • Standardization of a great number of Anteo electro-hydraulic components allows use in many different tail-lifts of the full range of products.
  • The use of electrical circuits without electronics means quality and efficient after-sales service.

SAFETY FIRST

All Anteo tail-lifts are equipped with safety systems that conform to EC 2006/42 standards and a complete kit including:

  • Lit control panel made of impact-resistant material, requiring two-hand operation
  • A soundproofed hydraulic control unit
  • Electric motor with a thermal safety device that stops the tail-lift in case of overheating
  • Flow control valves integrated within the cylinders to limit descent speed in the event of the breaking or bursting of a hydraulic tube
  • Safety switches on every hydraulic cylinder
  • The inclination of rotation cylinders blocked during the descent of the platform to the ground
  • Automatic platform inclination at ground level
  • Flags on the platform
  • Operator area clearly marked on the platform
